Job Description

Overview:

The role of Overseas Sales (B2B) is crucial in driving the organization’s international sales growth by identifying and cultivating business opportunities in overseas markets. The position requires a strong understanding of international business norms excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with overseas clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s overseas B2B sales.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and develop entry strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with international clients.
  • Build and maintain productive longterm relationships with overseas partners and distributors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings for international markets.
  • Attend trade shows and events to promote the companys products and services internationally.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts for overseas markets.
  • Stay updated on global market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.
  • Collaborate with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in overseas B2B sales with a successful track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural differences.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages may be advantageous.
  • Experience in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a crosscultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven sales environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
