About the project:
Provide services for an American video game developer and publisher based in Irvine California. The company originally concentrated on the creation of game ports for other studios games before beginning development of their own software in 1993 with games like Rock n Roll Racing and The Lost Vikings.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer support via email and chat mainly in German but in some cases also in English;
- Assistance with questions about the account and payment processing;
- Resolve login and registration issues;
- Restoring and changing emails phone numbers and other account related information;
- Processing hacked accounts and restoring characters;
- Answering questions about tokens and prepaid game cards;
- Processing any inquiries regarding payments and processing refunds;
- Professional management of customer data;
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English (at least B2)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Gaming knowledge is an advantage
What you will gain:
