Our client excels in selling furniture and home furnishings with a focus on minimalist functional design inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics. They offer a wide range of products including sofas chairs tables and decor items all crafted with quality and sustainability in mind. With a strong online presence and physical stores they provide stylish practical options for home furnishing.
We are looking for reinforcements in the form of Germanspeaking employees for our remote team all over Portugal.
As a Customer Support you will:
- Support of all customers requests in German assisting with issues during and after orders
- Provide enthusiastic and professional support through inbound calls
- Inform customers about products and aim to close sales over the phone
- Help resolve delivery issues including tracking errors and stock availability
You need:
- Fluent in German (min C1) English B2
Offer:
- Salary 1010 gross
- up to 170 gross monthly performance bonus
- meal allowance: 723 NET/day
- Full time undefined employment contract with 3 months trial period (according to the Portuguese law)
- 40h week in rotating shifs
- Private health insurance with a dental plan
