Order Support Specialist with Dutch - Remote in Portugal

• Remote Work in Portugal

• Receive and manage escalations from customerfacing colleagues under strict regulations.
• Dedicate time to resolving complex issues related to the fulfillment of online orders.
• Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase.
• Oversee the entire order process from induction to delivery.
• Manage changes to order details such as flavor changes.
• Liaise with partners to provide direction for issue resolution.
• Work to remove customers from the loop for complex issues to achieve quick satisfaction.
• Perform investigations that lead to decisions impacting relations with customers and partners.
• Conduct phone and email outreach to relay issue resolutions.

• Fluent in Dutch (min C1) English (B2);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Interest in self and team KPIs focusing on what can be done instead of what cannot be.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;

• Full time contract (40h/week)
• Salary 1298 gross month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
