You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailStorekeeper Description: • Maintain record of purchase order issued to supplier. • Receive the material (Stock & Nonstock) from supplier. • Check material correctness – Purchase order to actual material received. • Coordinate with QA/QC team for received material check and acceptance. • Transfer the material to the main warehouse. • Arrangement of material in the warehouse in orderly manner. • Update the system capturing the material stored functional location. • Receive client equipment in the workshop. • Create a job in the system and tag the equipment with the Unique ID. • Update the Job list in coordination with the Supervisor and Manager. • Issue material from warehouse based on request received from Supervisor and Manager. • Stock out the material issued on the system (Business Central). • Carryout random inventory checks every month and match the stock. Submit report to management. • Update Overtime sheet of the department and submit to supervisor for approval • Keeping a record of restocking the store • Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized Qualifications: • Minimum: 3+ experience in Qatar as Storekeeper • Proficient in Microsoft Office Salary: 4000QR (All inclusive) + Accommodation+ Ticket + Insurance + benefits 📍 Location : Qatar
