Experience

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in related job in similar position
  

Education and Certification

• Technical Diploma or Certificate in any related field preferred
  

Job Specific Skills

• Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred
  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receive and Issue Materials

• Receive and perform visual and quantity inspection on all incoming materials and produces goods receipt into INFOR system
• Fill discrepancy form and submit to purchasing department for the parts physical damages and quantity discrepancies upon receipt
• Update system about Picking of materials as per planner dispatch list to ensure smooth manufacturing operation
  

Inventory Maintenance

• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, safe keeping of inventory and customer property
  

Perform daily cycle count to ensure and enhance stock accuracy and find out the root cause of discrepancy

Material handling

• Dispatch or uplift cargoes of finished parts as per the arrangement of the logistics/planning coordinator
  

Perform accurate movement of parts from inbound and outbound area of production and assembly

Manpower and Resources Utilization

• Assign daily/weekly tasks to store personnel such as helpers and forklift drivers in order to achieve monthly/yearly targets Safety and housekeeping
• Perform daily duties in adherence with Safety and Warehouse procedure
  

Maintain Housekeeping and Inventory accuracy to assign racking, i.e., Racking Ownership
