Servicenow Developer

• Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to IRM and GRC requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow applications workflows and integrations to support security operations.
• Provide expertise in implementing security incident response vulnerability response and compliance monitoring processes.
• Customize ServiceNow modules to automate and streamline security operations workflows.
• Conduct system testing and validation procedures to ensure ServiceNow configurations meet security and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT security and compliance to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features incorporating them into the existing architecture as applicable.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 10 years of experience in IT security with significant exposure to ServiceNow platform implementations.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow SecOps Architect specializing in IRM and GRC modules.
• Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow Security Incident Response Vulnerability Response and Governance Risk and Compliance modules.
• Strong understanding of IT security frameworks and best practices (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
• Handson experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.
• Experience in a remote work environment and ability to work effectively in a distributed team setup.
