Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P&L revenue generation through patient acquisition cost optimization patient care clinical operations financial management compliance people management and the external interface with the local community.

- Successful execution of business strategies for the organization s products and services.
- Leads Doctor Engagement programs and works with clinicians toward revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Determines staffing and personnel requirements.
- Works closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure adequate promotions digital presence and outreach activities for the service line.
- Directly participate in growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.
- Identify Doctors for onboarding Allocate required resources to departments. What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role
- Graduation / Post Graduation with Hospital / Clinic Operations background.
- Experience:
- 3 years to 5 years.
- Candidates should have had handson experience in managing operations balancing the revenue goal and operating goals with handling Clinicians Nurses Technicians and Administration personnel.
- Ability to react and respond quickly to changes in business and work environment.
