Plumbing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and oversee plumbing systems and components for highrise building projects.
• Create and interpret technical drawings schematics and diagrams related to plumbing systems.
• Ensure all plumbing installations comply with relevant codes standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to engineering designs and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects contractors and other engineers to integrate plumbing systems into overall building design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues onsite and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering plans specifications and cost estimates for plumbing systems.
• Manage project timelines and budgets ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in plumbing engineering.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Engineer specifically with highrise building projects.
• Basic English proficiency
• Proficiency in reading and drawing plumbing designs and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems components and design principles.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant codes standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using plumbing design software and tools.
