Job Title: Unreal Engineer
Vaarst are hiring an Unreal Engineer to join our innovative team reporting to our VP of Robotics & Simulation Engineering. In this role you will develop stateoftheart digital twins and robotic simulations that drive the clean energy transition. In your role you will design develop and optimize products and tools for both internal and external customers supporting data analysis and autonomous robotics deployment in the offshore wind industry.
You will work closely with the product team crossfunctional engineering teams and various stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass software development and adherence to rigorous quality standards using Modern C and Unreal Engine.

Write and maintain highquality efficient and scalable code using Modern C within the Unreal Engine framework.
Develop advanced digital twins and robotic simulations using Unreal Engine.
Implement sophisticated features and functionalities that accurately represent realworld offshore wind environments and robotic operations.
Ensure software reliability and performance by following rigorous quality standards including comprehensive code reviews unit testing and continuous integration practices.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback provide updates and ensure the delivered solutions meet their needs and expectations.
Contribute to strategic planning identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in technology and processes.

3 years of experience in software development with a focus on Unreal Engine and Modern C.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.

Maritime Robotics knowledge to support developing autonomous solutions.
