Responsibilities • Develop andimplement an integrated range of marketing concepts andmethodologies. Plan and develop marketing strategies consistentwith the overall goals and objectives of the business. •Develop or assist in the development and implementation of policiesand procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensureefficient and safe operation of the business. •Participate in development, implementation and maintenance ofpolicies, objectives, short and longrange planning; develop andimplement projects and programs to assist in accomplishment ofestablished goals. • Direct, oversee, monitor and evaluatethe activities of the marketing & communicationsdepartment. • Development of new and existing customersand markets, review and implementation of pricing and products.• Analyze the market, including marketing strategy andexecution. • Product development including working withProperty Managers to ensure successful implementation forResidential and Commercial Brand Standards. • Presentdevelopmental opportunities to management for accurate review ofcosts, capital expenditure assessment and other pertinent dataneeded for new product / process decisionmaking. • Developand manage advertising plan to include online, print, radio and/orTV from concept to delivery and inflight TV. • Develop andmaintain Public Relations activity including agency activity andreporting of statistics. • Review and prioritizesponsorship opportunities to further the brand in a costeffectiveway. • Develop advertising campaigns for various media;filter and negotiate all medium to assure better reach and rates.• Responsible for all publicity, advertising, directmailing, catalogs, exhibits, awards and other communicationsactivities. • Represent the company at conferences,meetings, exhibits and other special events; promote new andexisting programs and initiatives. • Provide marketresearch and analysis; prepare researchbased reports and forecastsfor senior management. • Develop and manage annualmarketing operating budgets, and regularly monitor performance tobudget parameters. • Design and oversee media productionand printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures,flyers and program & media guides. • Negotiatewith vendors and contractors to coordinate media cost, placementand scheduling. Qualifications • Degree in Marketing orequivalent professional qualification • Proven experiencein a Marketing Manager capacity • Strong record ofacademic success • Proven track record of deliveringmeasurable results • Commercial awareness •Imaginative / customer oriented • Good product knowledge• Strong Communication skills • Ability toprioritize, delegate and multitask • Excellentorganization and planning • Strong project managementskills
