Job Description

Senior People Systems Manager, HRIS

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with People Operations and cross-functional teams to understand challenges and implement improvements supporting our operational efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on Deeler experience.
  • Collaborate to understand and translate strategy into a delivery roadmap to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Define, evaluate, and deliver system enhancements to support process improvements, self-service and automation.
  • Remain current on our ever-evolving business processes and understand impact on existing system configurations. Proactively find ways to optimize our system configuration, data integrity and performance.
  • Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs including: employee lifecycle processes, absence management/ time-off, expenses, benefits, and more.
  • Monitor regulatory requirements impacting our global, remote workforce. Evaluating updates to existing procedures and systems to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with local policies and regulations.
  • Ensures system compliance with company policies, data security and privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of system administration experience with leading HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS & global payroll processes and best practices.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing systems for enterprise-grade business requirements, including absence/time off, payroll, expenses & analytics.
  • Experience managing compliant processes and policies for a remote-first workforce, operating in many countries around the world.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset. Able to work with stakeholders to identify solutions to address immediate needs that align with long-term goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
