Job Entails Exposure To:
Acquire, retain and grow the portfolio of key accounts
- Build strong positive relationships with current key accounts to gain insight into individual customer's business priorities, needs and issues.
- Develop a holistic view of the customer base to understand market trends and identify sales opportunities across the key accounts.
- Proactively identify new sales prospects and develop sales plans to close deals which profitably satisfy the customer's business needs.
- Build and maintain relationships/partnerships with relevant technology suppliers to identify business opportunities and provide valuable customer solutions.
- Work with the Customer Marketing team to ensure that all product and service marketing campaigns are coordinated within and across the key accounts to ensure maximum value is derived from any promotional activity.
Achieve new sales target
- Prepare his/her pipeline of customers and connections.
- Create solid sales plan that supports achieving sales target.
- Conduct visits to prospects sales while following Umniah sales manual.
Ensure clients satisfaction
- Respond promptly; when a client emails you or call you, acknowledge the receipt as quickly as possible.
- Support customers' problems by referring to the concern parties, follow up and update customer accordingly.
- Listen to customer feedback and write notes to act on it accordingly.
Use Sales Force System (sales reporting system) to record the accounts acquiring progress
- Fill the sales log sheets after each visit which shall contain: visits details, target updates, progress of the account .
- Prepare proper reporting as per the management request.
Requirements
Education:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Level: Sr. Officer/ Supervisor

- Telecom knowledge
- Smart phones and handsets applications and settings
- Products & Services Knowledge
- Market Knowledge: Umniah's Competition, Mobile Telecommunications Industry, Consumer behavior and consumer segments, Distribution channels, Local Culture.
Skills in:
- Selling Techniques: Consultative Selling, Negotiation techniques, Deal structuring, Persuasion and Deal closing, Cross and up selling techniques.
- Risk Management: Risk assessment techniques, Mitigation techniques, Risk probability and estimation.
- Customer Care: Problem solving techniques, Agent utilization tools & techniques, Customer care channels, Customer care applications, Lead generation and referral.
- Good command in MS Office.
- Excellent command of English language writing and speaking.
