Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate insightful reports.
Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure optimal fund utilization and liquidity.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare tax documents and support audits as required.
Manage payroll processes efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Excellent English skills (writing, reading, speaking).
2-3 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office Suite, and advanced Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
