Job Description
- In charge of receivable transactions such as: 3-way match, booking receipts vouchers and goods issuance.
- Records suppliers’ AP invoices.
- Records bank transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
- Controls and tracks the PDC transactions.
- Preforms daily bank reconciliation.
- Books collected cash and checks.
- Reconciles petty cash transactions.
- Assists in physical inventories.
- Reconciles ledger with suppliers and customers’ records and follows-up on discrepancies.
- Prepares checks for suppliers.
- Prepares Main Receipt Template.
- Assists in preparation of VAT declaration schedules.
- Maintains an accurate accounting archive.
- Assists with the month-end closing process.
- Reconciles the ledgers of sister companies.
- Prepares balance confirmations for customers and follows up with the collection team.
- Provides the sales coordinator with the aging report.
- Provides daily the collection report to the management.
- Follows up with the sales team in order to ensure that the signed, stamped exempted invoices and exemption letters are in place.
- Assists the sales team by providing customers with SOA in case the collection team is not available.
- Reports the collection days on monthly basis.
- Provides and assists the auditors with all the required documents.
- Provides the management with ad hoc report upon their request.
