Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Establish daily weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Guide and coach employees monitoring their productivity.
• Oversee the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
• Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers.
• Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Train new employees on safe machinery use and procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Technical or manufacturing training strongly recommended.
• Experience in production planning is essential.
• 23 years of manufacturing experience with a strong preference for those with group leader or supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and teambuilding skills.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions and guidelines.
• Capable of working in a fastpaced demanding environment with inflexible deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Planning and Scheduling techniques.
• Experience operating machinery and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
