Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal company projects. This role is designed for an individual with experience in project management ideally within clinical diagnostics medical devices or pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery exceptional skills in client relationship management and expertise in navigating the complexities of multiple internal projects.
Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans managing risks ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering collaboration across teams. This position offers an opportunity to significantly impact the companys success.
- Define scope and develop project plans to achieve the business goals assigned.
- Create and maintain project documentation including project plans and design history files.
- Manage critical path items and remove team roadblocks.
- Develop strong collaborative working relationships between crossfunctional team members and stakeholders.
- Write and revise documentation and standard operating procedures maintain accurate and uptodate records as needed to meet QMS standards
Qualifications
- 3 years as a project manager ideally in a highly regulated industry such as clinical diagnostics medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- A Bachelors degree is required.
- Experience working in an FDA / ISO 13485 / GMP environment is preferred.
- Strong experience using MS Project and other PM software required.
- Strong skills in developing and leading presentations are required.
- Fluent computer skills (MS Office Project Visio Teams Zoom etc.)
- Experience with project management methodologies including Agile/Scrum Critical Path Method and Waterfall in a highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent oral/written/presentation communication skills; strong work ethic; delegating skills; ability to perform in a team setting
