Currently we are partnered with a premier client in Watsonville CA in search of a highly talented Java Technical Lead.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to join our innovative team. In this role you will provide technical leadership oversee project execution and drive the development of cuttingedge solutions using Java and related technologies. This is a fulltime position with a hybrid work model.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and support to a team of developers
- Oversee planning execution and delivery of technical projects
- Design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs
- Lead development of user interfaces using frontend technologies
- Develop and manage integrations between legacy systems and software applications
- Utilize orchestrations pipelines mappings and custom adapters with MuleSoft
- Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Qualifications:
I. Education
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Electronics Electrical or a related field required
- Masters Degree preferred
II. Experience
- 12 years of software development experience
- Expertise in integration technologies backend development build & release management
- Strong knowledge of integration concepts
- Experience with React Native/JS
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Integration concepts
- Expert in SQL queries SQL tuning stored procedures
- Good understanding of frontend technologies like React Native / JS
- Should have design and architecture thinking
- Should be able to drive design sessions actively participate and influence business requirements and overall solution
- Should be able to mentor and lead a team support the team as and when needed
- Able to communicate the project status and issues and handle risk
Preferred - Core experience designing API RAML and their implementations
- Adept at writing unit test cases MUnit
- MuleSoft Developer or higher certification is a plus
- Experience with multiple commercial integration systems a plus (Tibco Biztalk IBM OIC)
- Knowledge of Change & Incident Management process
