Key Responsibilities:
Setting & achieving aspiration growth targets on Marketplace
Building an annual plan defining metrics and reporting and driving sales and P&L on Marketplace.
Executing complete business operations of Marketplace at each level:
On Platform Marketing
Distribution
Cataloging
Pricing
New Product Launches
Driving negotiations with Marketplace retail & 3P team.
Driving efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain through accuracy in demand forecasting and coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver on preset KPIs for inventory.
Building relationships with all relevant stakeholders with the aim to drive business.
Building monthly sales forecasts at a product level defining levers of growth monitoring
product listing performance and ensuring growth in market share of each subcategory.
Key Deliverables:
Business delivery of turnover and market share as agreed.
Onsite presence for all major SKUs availability and right presence.
Execution of promotional campaigns with increased effectiveness.
Data capturing from the platform and building reporting structures in agreed formats.
Ensure sufficient level of stocks with Eretailer.
Key Skills
Deep understanding of the Marketplace ecosystem.
Experience as a KAM for Ecomm channel at a brand or category manager with ECom platform.
3 years of experience (minimum). Proficient in Key Account Management Onplatform marketing comfortable in managing large datasets and leveraging insights to drive marketing penetration.
Entrepreneurial and problem solving mindset and drive to get the job done.
