SAP PSCO Lead

Title: SAP PS/CO Lead
Location: Remote (With some travel and expenses will be covered by Client)
Contract

Position Responsibilities

Ability to Design the global standard processes of R2R end to end using SAP Best Practices in a Fit to Standard mode.
To actively engage with Global stakeholders provide the key process statistics act as the stream lead to act on local / Global requirements
Ability to work in projects using SAP Activate or similar agile methodologies.
Work in Integrating SAP with nonSAP external systems
Lead R2R teams cross functional team members through process improvements and implementation of standardized processes throughout large organizations
Identify recommend and implement with the team members complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle projects to meet business needs; create/review and update associated documentation
Review and maintain functional/application design documents prepared by self and team members in collaboration with stakeholders and SI partners
Participate in the project delivery from explore design realize deploy
Lead the stream demonstrate configure build reviewing and approving RCIEFW Functional/Technical specifications if needed draft them.

Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Strong A&D Industry experience at least 3 years
Able to facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with our customers IT and business executives. Can develop strategic roadmaps for the R2R area encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state
Able to work effectively across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements to achieve business outcomes
Experience successfully working with colleagues internationally especially in a highly collaborative manner and culture
Can analyze key business and IT requirements in the Finance area (with a particular focus on Costing MTO MTS ETO using Project systems for Federal customers and A&D)
o S/4HANA Margin Analysis (formerly COPA)
o Margin Analysis (2 complex projects must have)
o COPC (product costing) must have
o knowledge of CATS and Project Systems with Labor Clocking.
o Experience in GPD projects (SAP PMMO Preferred)
o Revenue Accounting and Recognition (RA Keys etc..)
o Cross stream processes and related accounting for areas like professional Services (including project systems) Materials Plant Maintenance Order to Cash (RRB)
o Strong functional experience in Product costing and Material Ledger.
o Should be well versed with end to end Product costing processes including Material Ledger functionality with integration points with other modules like Product Planning Materials Management Finance (GL) PMMO PS SD MM PP and PS Industry etc.
Possess expert knowledge of BOMs BOM versions Activity types Recipe Resources process / production orders.
Able to Identify improvement potentials within the Finance area influence transition states toward joint business outcomes building on SAP solution value
12 years of SAP experience Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills. Added advantage working in asset intensive and service industry environments
At least 5 years of experience in leading an onshore/offshore based teams
Candidate should have done minimum 4 5 Green implementation SAP projects. Minimum 2 E2E implementation in S/4HANA
Sound knowledge of running finance processes in SAP S/4Hana with FIORI
Clear understanding of: Accounting Principles Accounting Fundamentals. Endtoend SAP R2R Logistics to R2R process understanding.
Certifications in finance within S/4HANA (must have) professional certification (preferred)
Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods
Strong understanding and experience of SAP testing tools and other SAP line of business products (e.g. SAC PaPM)
Deep Understanding of Aircraft industry business processes
Experience in system demons configuration build drafting/reviewing functional specifications for RICEFWs.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher (Finance Accounting or related business fields e.g. MBA)
CPA CMA nice to have
