Junior Product Manager

InQompass on behalf of its customer is seeking a Junior Product Manager.
In close collaboration with the CPO and another product manager your goal is to drive ideation fast prototyping and ultimately scaling an elearning app enjoyed by millions.

Tasks

• Partner with 2 frontend and 1 backend engineer to come up with build test and scale an new elearning app app.
• Go from 0 to 1. Build an engaging product that solve user needs and their desire to grow.
• Combine analytics and user research to identify user drives fuel ideation and lead product improvements.
• Manage product operations (e.g. content moderation) and solve problems as they arise.
• Learn to start contributing to highlevel strategic decisions. Help define shortterm plan before being empowered to build longterm roadmaps.
• Identify key metrics and take ownership for improving them.

Requirements

• You have ideally at least 1 year of experience in the tech industry. Internships if relevant are also valid.
• The role doesnt require product experience but your desire to learn grow and develop yourself must be part of your DNA.
• Youre analytical: you understand the importance of testing your hypotheses rigorously and try to make datadriven decisions above all.
• You are creative allowing you to thing outside the box to build quick prototype that are going to be tested with a cohort of users.
• You have an intuitive feel for UI and UX. You have basic design skills on Figma or can learn quickly.
• Youre highly driven and coachable enough to learn from others.
• Youre fluent in English.
