Maintenance Manager

Daily Operations Management:

• Supervise all maintenance and repair activities in the center.
• Ensure adherence to preventive and emergency maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all equipment and tools used in maintenance are ready and available.

Team Management:

• Hire, train, and develop technical and administrative staff.
• Motivate the team to achieve optimal performance.
• Evaluate employee performance and develop plans for improvement.

Planning and Organization:

• Develop work plans and schedules to achieve center goals.
• Organize resources necessary for efficient maintenance operations.

Customer Service:

• Ensure excellent customer service and effectively handle complaints and inquiries.
• Communicate with customers to provide advice and recommendations regarding maintenance.

Financial Control:

• Prepare and monitor the service center's budget and financial reports.
• Manage costs and expenses to ensure targeted profitability.
• Work on increasing revenues through additional services and special offers.

Compliance and Quality:

• Ensure adherence to technical, health, and safety standards and regulations.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and continuously improve processes.

Spare Parts Management:

• Ensure proper knowledge of spare parts and manage inventory effectively.
• Handle procedures for ordering spare parts from the manufacturer and ensuring their timely delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in motorcycle maintenance.
• Propose and implement improvements to maintenance operations and services.
