Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst Consultant
Engagement Duration: 6 weeks
Location : The role offers flexibility with the opportunity for remote work with occasional collocation at clients Dallas office as needed for collaborative meetings.
We are seeking a talented and detailoriented Business Analyst Consultant to support a digital transformation operating model assessment project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes gathering requirements and facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure the projects success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and workflows.
- Document business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Assist in developing functional specifications and solution designs.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within the specified timeline and budget constraints.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a digital transformation or technologydriven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Emerging technology experience like AI AR/VR etc
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the aviation sector or with similar industries.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
