Job Description
Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, project management, or related field. A master's degree in project management or a financial field may be beneficial.
Previous work experience as a Cost Control Manager or in a similar role within the construction or engineering field.
Artistic skills:
Deep knowledge of cost control methods and tools such as variance analysis, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
Experience using advanced cost control software such as CostWorks, Timberline, or project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project.
