You will be updated with latest job alerts via email- Meets and greets customers, visitors, and escorts them to the desired destination and ensures proper hospitality which provides a positive image for the company.
- Oversees all aspects of the showrooms’ general conditions and proper housekeeping and ensures that all necessary supplies and material are on hand in sufficient quantity and prepares purchase orders for showroom.
- Answers routine questions concerning services or procedures.
- Answers calls placed on call directory, routes calls to appropriate person.
- Takes memos when required, ensures noting adequate information and delivers the memos as soon as the person in charge is available.
- Manages all types of customers including difficult or emotional ones and responds promptly to their needs.
- Manages the communication activities and correspondences circulars distribution.
- Maintains a consistent administrative workflow as required.
- Ensures compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Saves and Maintains records and files according to the company’s archive system.
- Provides support for sales team and acts as a liaison to complete and close sales deals.
- Records mails movement and ensure that they are delivered to the concerned parties.
- Maintains updated knowledge related to the company’s vehicles, prices, offers, discounts, etc.
- Prepares reports as they requested by the direct supervisor including but not limited to call logs, test drives, walk ins and digital leads follow up through sales consultants.
- Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors, be aware of and report suspicious activity.
- Record all leads, walk-ins, phone calls in DAR and assign them to the sales team.
- Performs any related tasks as requested by the direct supervisor.
Full Time
