Salary: R18 500 1 to 3 years

Incentive: R 6000 R 12 000

Standby: R 120 per day vehicle R100 per break down pay per hour work

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a newcomer to experienced Diesel Mechanics to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for servicing and maintaining the fleet of trucks and commercial vehicles ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and other commercial vehicles.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Conduct quality checks on repaired vehicles to ensure standards are maintained.

Adhere to legal and company Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

Matric

Must have 1 3 years experience

Valid South African Code 10 (EC) drivers license or willingness to acquire one.

Good verbal and written communication skills in more than one language

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Must have sober habits and be reliable.
