Job Description
Overview of role:
- Reviewing 3D packaging of complex power converters energy storage and PLC systems
- Building of complex power converters energy storage systems and PLC systems
- Thermal design of highperformance cold plates heat exchangers and systems
- Structural analysis of package components support structures and shelving under harsh environment shock and vibration
Creation review and issuance of prototype and productionlevel drawings IAW GD&T standards
Minimum Requirements:
- United States Citizenship required due to US Government ITAR program restrictions
- Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
- BS in electrical engineering computer science or related major required with a minimum 3.3 GPA
- MS and PhDs a plus
- 8 years of mechanical engineering experience
The following experience is not required but highly desirable:
- Experience with CREO 3D modeling software
- Experience with FEA and CFD modeling software packages
- Experience designing thermal management systems and/or highperformance cold plates or heat exchangers.
- Experience with insulation system design
