Mechanical Engineer - Mid Level

Overview of role:

• Reviewing 3D packaging of complex power converters energy storage and PLC systems
• Building of complex power converters energy storage systems and PLC systems
• Thermal design of highperformance cold plates heat exchangers and systems
• Structural analysis of package components support structures and shelving under harsh environment shock and vibration

Creation review and issuance of prototype and productionlevel drawings IAW GD&T standards

Minimum Requirements:

• United States Citizenship required due to US Government ITAR program restrictions
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
• BS in electrical engineering computer science or related major required with a minimum 3.3 GPA
• MS and PhDs a plus
• 8 years of mechanical engineering experience

The following experience is not required but highly desirable:

• Experience with CREO 3D modeling software
• Experience with FEA and CFD modeling software packages
• Experience designing thermal management systems and/or highperformance cold plates or heat exchangers.
• Experience with insulation system design
