Job Description

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a permanent fulltime Registered Nurse ICU position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Lincoln City OR 97367

Start Date: 6/17/2024

Shift: Nights Full Time

Salary: $81000.00 to $126000.00

POSITION SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe ageappropriate direct and indirect patient care while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Intensive Care Unit/Critical Care Unit supports patients experiencing a variety of complex and highrisk conditions and provides care through advanced knowledge and experience in a setting that provides intensive monitoring assessments and interventions.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

  • Evidence of critical care training with one (1) year of recent experience in critical care is preferred.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

  • Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
  • Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
  • ACLS PALS and TNCC are required within six (6) months of hire. ENPC will be accepted instead of PALS until January 1 2025.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Social Perceptiveness: Ability to work with a diverse population from pediatrics to geriatrics. Basic understanding of agerelated differences in caring for and/or communicating with patients and caregivers. Possess personal sensitivity to the needs and experiences of others and a nonjudgmental attitude towards persons of differing standards values lifestyles and ages.
  • Adaptability/Flexibility: Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to situations that may arise with highrisk or diverse patient populations. Ability to adjust actions about others and adapt to offer the best possible care to patients.
  • Time Management: Ability to organize plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow up on pending issues. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fastpaced environments and under pressure.
  • Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills to explain complex issues exchange information between team members and tactfully discuss issues.
