Job Description
Position: Oracle SPM Consultant
Location: Princeton NJ (Remote)
Interview: Video
Visa: Any Visa(Except H1B CPT OPT and TN)
Duration: Contract (12 Months
Minimum Qualifications:
- Primary Skills: Oracle Sales Performance Management.
- Secondary Skills: Incentive Compensation cloud
- 10 years of experience in implementation of Oracle Applications.
- Experience in the implementation of Oracle Sales Performance Management.
- Experience in endtoend implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud.
- Experience in Configuration of compensation plans Credit rules custom components credit and classification rules.
- Experience in Oracle integration cloud.
- Must have hands on experience in development of SQL PLSQL to create custom rules.
- Thorough understanding of Sales performance processes and incentive driven sales.
- Experience in interacting with business to gather requirements.
