Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the growth and development of our employees through effective learning initiatives.
- Design and implement comprehensive elearning courses tailored to organizational needs.
- Manage training budgets efficiently to maximize resources.
- Provide training and development opportunities that contribute to company success.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development and Training.
- Ability to design and develop elearning courses.
- Strong budget management skills related to training expenditures.
- Experience in L&D content development and module development.
- Previous work experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to manage L&D initiatives for both white collar and blue collar staff.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning & Development roles.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications in L&D and Training (e.g. CPLP) would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and influencing abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and effectiveness.
