Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR Benefits Administration Payroll Time and Labor and Talent Acquisition.
- Perform system analysis gap analysis and feasibility studies for PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for PeopleSoft HCM configuration and optimization.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders on PeopleSoft functionality and processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate PeopleSoft HCM with other systems and applications.
- Support and troubleshoot issues during implementation and postgolive phases.
- Stay updated on PeopleSoft updates patches and enhancements to advise clients on upgrade paths and new features.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules and functionality.
- Experience with PeopleTools PeopleCode Application Designer and Integration Broker.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and clientfacing skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
- PeopleSoft certification(s) (e.g. PeopleSoft HCM Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
