Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
• Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR Benefits Administration Payroll Time and Labor and Talent Acquisition.
• Perform system analysis gap analysis and feasibility studies for PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for PeopleSoft HCM configuration and optimization.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders on PeopleSoft functionality and processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate PeopleSoft HCM with other systems and applications.
• Support and troubleshoot issues during implementation and postgolive phases.
• Stay updated on PeopleSoft updates patches and enhancements to advise clients on upgrade paths and new features.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant or similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules and functionality.
• Experience with PeopleTools PeopleCode Application Designer and Integration Broker.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and clientfacing skills.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
• PeopleSoft certification(s) (e.g. PeopleSoft HCM Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
