Job Description
Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. We are seeking 10 CRNAs to join our wellestablished practice.
Job Description:
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary starts at BR23K increases based on experience and proficiencies
- Oncall rates:
- BR50/night
- Weekend day BR00
- Cardiac BR50/night BR00/day
- Overtime/call back rate: BR/hr
- Also open to 1099 candidates
- Relocation assistance
- Student loan reimbursement (BR0K over 4 years)
- Signing bonus up to BR0K (negotiable)
- 240hrs vacation/CME plus 6 paid holidays & 8 hrs birthday pay

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Certified CRNA (by time of start) REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Cardiac experience and interest PREFERRED
- Date of agencys last communication with provider (put answer in Additional Submission Details REQUIRED

- Board Certified

- Ohio
