Not accepting Locums providersCompensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary starts at BR23K increases based on experience and proficiencies
- Oncall rates:
- BR50/night
- Weekend day BR00
- Cardiac BR50/night BR00/day
- Overtime/call back rate: BR/hr
- Also open to 1099 candidates

- Board Certified CRNA (by time of start) REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Cardiac experience and interest PREFERRED
