Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting literature reviews and gathering relevant information
• Designing and performing experiments and analyzing data
• Contributing to research publications and grant proposals
• Assisting in the development and optimization of research methodologies
• Coordinating with crossfunctional teams and external collaborators
• Presenting research findings at conferences or meetings
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Participating in project planning and management
• Collaborating in the preparation of research reports and documentation
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of experiments and results
• Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff or interns
• Participating in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies or techniques
• Contributing to the organizations intellectual property through patent applications
• Assisting in the procurement of research materials and equipment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Biology Chemistry or Biochemistry
• Demonstrated experience in conducting scientific research preferably in an academic or industrial setting
• Proficiency in experimental design execution and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment techniques and safety procedures
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis and visualization
• Understanding of regulatory and ethical considerations in scientific research
• Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
• Experience in scientific writing and publication is advantageous
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
