Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
• Perform database testing and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 02 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Experience in database testing and data management.
• Previous experience working in a productbased company is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of objectoriented programming.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
• Good understanding of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of cloud services (e.g. AWS Heroku).
