Job Description
Job Title: JIRA Developer
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (Work from Office)
Employment Type: FullTime
Work Schedule: 12 days / 3 days a week work from office
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years
About the Role
We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic JIRA Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA creating plugins building dashboards and integrating various tools. If you are passionate about JIRA development and thrive in a collaborative environment we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- JIRA Automation & Development: Develop and maintain automation workflows extend JIRA capabilities through plugins and build comprehensive dashboards.
- Customization & Configuration: Connect addons configure custom fields create custom preset filters test outcomes and identify defects.
- Tool Integration: Manage maintenance administration upgrades and enhancements to JIRA Confluence HipChat and their integrations with other tools.
- Documentation: Prepare thorough documentation in accordance with the project lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Coordinate and work efficiently with large teams contributing as an individual contributor.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
MustHave Skills
- Extensive experience in JIRA Development.
- Proven ability to handle products and develop dashboards/workflows.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong background in Atlassian JIRA.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation workflows.
- Must be an individual contributor with a proactive approach.
NicetoHave Skills
- Experience in team handling.
Qualifications
- Any Graduation degree.
- Minimum relevant experience of 56 years in the current role.
- Candidates with an administrative background will not be considered.
