Function Owner

We are looking for an enthusiastic knowleageableand driven Function Owner.

You will work in a team together with other Functional owners each responsible for a specific subset of functions.Function owner will act as the interface towards the customer for the functions you have been assigned to where you will ensure alignment between the development teams and the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as one of the stakeholders towards the Core Teams
  • Identify key use cases by the customer relevant for development.
  • Take part of key Core development events such as Epic Refinement and Ready (to set the expectations) and Epic Closure (to ensure stakeholder requirements are fulfilled)

• Organize and participate in workshops and customer meetings
• Internally you will act as a stakeholder requirement champion to the development to ensure that stakeholder requirements are fulfilled.
• As a Functional owner you will be the first person to verify the new/improved functions in a vehicle.

• Release handling
  • Update Application release notes according to customer specific missions and metrics
  • Adapt Core KPIs and other metrics to customer expectations
  • Verify Application KPI reports
• Customer specific problem reports:
  • Compilation of uniquely prioritized list of open problem reports
  • Verifying fixed problem reports together with the customer
• Change requests:
  • Ensure that use cases are clearly stated in change request description
  • Act as driver for analyzing effort and cost for realizing the change request

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience as a Function Owner Technical Leador similar role with handson experience withinautomotive
• Need 48 years experience from System engineering or software engineering.
• Must have driving license valid in Sweden (Bkrkort)
• Technical Domain and SW Development: Understands the fundamental of the technical domain and software development processes and procedures to continuously enhance the teams technical excellence
• Organizational skills: Ability to understand Arriver and customer organization and utilize this for driving work according to expectations in the role. Organize and drive meetings.
• Customer Communication: Ability to define customer needs and convince customer in case Perception Core solutions exists.

Other:

Some assignments may be covered by defense secrecy which means requirements for a certain citizenship and approval of a security clearance.
