Were currently looking for a Retail Experience & Performance Specialist. Someone to join our Customer Experience Operations team in order to transform the global retail landscape by meticulously upholding standards and enhancing the customer journey at our global retail network. Someone with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to create the change we know is needed. And someone who doesnt mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.
This position is located at Polestar HQ Gothenburg Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both inperson collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.
The responsibilities
In this role youll be expected to Identify trends patterns and areas for improvement in sales metrics as well as leading initiatives to enhance the customer experience in retail stores including improving store layout signage and displays. Working as a member of the customer experience operations team youll be instrumental in developing creating and managing performance to evaluate the effectiveness of Polestars retail locations and adjust strategies as needed. Together with this you will act on the results of the audit programs for Polestar spaces and drive results through improvements and change. Working as a member of Retail Operations youll be instrumental in driving performance improvements and identify any areas which Global HQ can support by conduct weekly performance coaching sessions with our Space Managers and the local retail leads.
