With our strong growth agenda Go North is searching for a driven analytical Junior BI Specialist to join Go Norths Digitalization/Operations department!

In this position you will Go and;

• Develop maintain and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

• Assist in the design and implementation of data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Analyze data to extract insights and support business decisions.

• Work on improving data quality and processing efficiency.

• Document data structures and integration systems.

• Ongoing administration of integrations

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Participate in handson work within the Data Warehouse environment.

• Utilize BI tools to create manage and update dashboards and reports.

• Help in building algorithms and prototypes for data analysis.

• Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity.

• Support the data engineering team with adhoc data requests and troubleshooting

• A university degree in a relevant field.

• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Understanding of data integration needs with cloud warehouses or relational databases.

• The ability to work effectively in a highpaced dynamic environment.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn ready to join a young and growing company.

Additional Meritorious Skills:

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.

• Understanding or experience in Power BI Tableau or Qlik Sense.

• Handson experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).

• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.

• Understanding of data modeling techniques.

• Experience with Data Warehouses preferably Google Big Query.

• Experience with ERP systems like Netsuite.

• Experience with integrations development.

This is a permanent position reporting directly to the Digitalization Director. Our headquarters is in the heart of Gothenburg but we offer flexible working hours and a remote workplace.
