Product Responsible - Profile Management

The opportunity

Were looking for a Product Responsible Profile Management to join our Services for Connected Experience team. The Services for Connected Experience team is a small team of dedicated and highly experienced developers and designers working on services for all our car models. We work across the whole organization since our projects range from future models doing research and development to projects which are live in production.

This opportunity is suited to someone who has a user centric approach that is focused on developing exceptional user experience. Coupled with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to create the change we know is needed.

This position is located at our Gothenburg offices. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both inperson collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.

The responsibilities

In this role youll be expected to work with stakeholders across the business in order to drive the future of profile management in relation to Polestar and our cars. Working as a member of the Services for Connected Experience team youll be a key influence having endtoend responsibility working both strategically as well as tactically and operationally. • Driving change from product centric to customer centric.
• Stakeholder management set the agenda and drive meetings
• Concept establishment across the organization
• Definition and prioritization of requirements
• Implementation of profile management

The ideal candidate

In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to be able to adapt in an everevolving organization.

To be successful in this role you are a doer with a strategic and Entrepreneurial mindset with a will to drive change in a traditional industry.

In addition youll need the following qualifications:

• MSc in industrial engineering & management or MBA or MSc of interaction design or equivalent
• Understanding of software defined products and its challenges and opportunities
• Strong presentation and communication skills since we are creating change.
• Execution skills bringing strategy into backlog we have a lot of power points now its time to do
• Android and cloud experience/understanding
