Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) / Hybrid role in our office in Wrocaw

About the role:

Help us further evolve our disrupting cryptocompliance platform.

As a key DevOps team member youll help us bring accessible crypto compliance worldwide by supporting our engineering team. You will work to ensure our system is secure reliable scalable and performs to serve the best possible experience to our customers setting the standard for excellence in our industry.

Youll have the opportunity to solve realworld problems and exciting technical challenges within a containerized services platform that processes large amounts of data from multiple sources to create insightful reports that will certainly change the way the onboarding of crypto users into financial institutions.

Help us build and improve a platform that enables our engineering teams to autonomously develop test deploy and operate their stack while directly reporting to our VP of Engineering.

Tasks

What will you be doing:

• Lead efforts to upgrade observability across our infrastructure by implementing robust monitoring tools for deeper insights
• Keep improving the software delivery process through CI/CD pipelines looking for chances to automate tasks and make things more efficient
• Implement a database IAM system to improve access control
• Make our system stronger against interruptions using strategies to reduce downtime and keep the system stable
• Provide guidance and support to application developers to meet SLA commitments optimizing performance and reliability
• Streamline communication between services to improve overall system efficiency
• Help the developer team take care of database engines making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the security team to ensure SOC2 compliance addressing requirements and implementing necessary measures
• Optimize our Cloud provider costs while maintaining and adequate performance

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• 5 years of working experience with one of the following cloud vendors: GCP (preferred) AWS or Azure
• Extensive practical experience with container management and orchestration particularly Kubernetes Docker containers etc
• Experienced with Terraform and working with IaC.
• Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL Postgres etc)
• Practical experience with CI/CD
• Practical experience with 24/7 production systems their observability monitoring tracing and alerting
• Practical experience in troubleshooting/debugging systems and rootcause analysis
• Exposure to security best practices and implementing IAM systems
• Familiarity with Javascript/Node ecosystem
