A wellestablished chemical pharmaceutical and life sciences company based in Dsseldorf is seeking to expand its EU business.

Tasks

• Handling all financial transactions
• Accounts receivable accounts payable financial and asset accounting
• Preparation of monthly VAT returns and other mandatory reporting
• Collaboration with tax auditors providing information and supporting documentation
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the HQ in Japan and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German accounting standards)

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship/study or equivalent
• Working experience in an Accounting role
• Native or fluent Japanese good to fluent German and English language skills
• ERP system knowledge
