Furthermore after experimenting with popup concepts we have just launched our first own store creating a full multichannel experience for our customers.

As a B2B Sales Operations Manager at Dagsmejan you will be responsible for managing endtoend all our sales operations processes with wholesale partners marketplaces and own stores. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for apparel and a proven track record in sales operations. The role is based in Zurich.

Tasks

What you will be doing...

• managing the entire sales operations process i.e.
• capturing & managing orders (preorders reorders dropship orders): B2B order tool ERP System
• overseeing fulfillment working with our 3PL partners
• invoice management
• daytoday operational support
• onboarding and technical integration of new B2B partners (i.e. wholesale digital resellers/digital marketplaces)
• organizing and executing product and brand trainings
• managing the operations of own stores & popups from planning & forecasting (incl. stock management) to setup and daytoday supervision; ensure compliance with VM guidelines in stores
• managing offprice campaigns from finding new partners to scoping until execution of campaigns
• supporting the management team in crossfunctional projects

Requirements

Your profile...

• you have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• you have worked 35 years in a sales operation or business development role preferably in an apparel/fashion FMCG or ECommerce environment
• you have experience with an ERP Tool (preferably Microsoft Business Central)
• you have a handson experience with digital marketplaces and the digital value chains in multilayer sales architectures
• you are comfortable to work in an international multicultural environment
• you are fluent in English and German (oral and in writing) and any additional language is certainly a benefit
• you have master level in MS Office products
• you are a practical strategist with great attention to detail
• you can work both independently as well as in a team environment
• you are a friendly and welltempered and stays calm even when the heat is on
• you have an interest in personal health and wellbeing
