Exciting Opportunity: Business Development Role

We are in search of a dynamic Business Development professional to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in accelerating our presence and influence within the global market steering towards sustainable success.

Mission

The mission of a business developer is to identify explore and capitalize on growth opportunities for the company.

  • Market Research: Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential areas for expansion identify potential customers by obtaining information referrals and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts and/or through participation in trade shows and conferences.
  • Identifying Opportunities: Actively seeking out new business opportunities by networking attending industry events cold calling and leveraging existing relationships. Identify the products or services that best meet the customers stated needs.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to enter new markets launch new products or services. Develop and implement a customer management plan for prospective customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization enable effective twoway flow of information and problem resolution.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients prescribers partners suppliers and other stakeholders to facilitate business growth and collaboration.
  • Sell Customer Propositions: Identify the products or services that best meet the customers stated needs use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations explain the selection to the customer and invite the customer to make a purchase at the standard price/terms and conditions of sale.
  • Negotiation and Dealmaking: Negotiating terms and agreements with clients partners prescribers and other entities to secure mutually beneficial deals that support business expansion.
  • Driving Revenue: Working closely with sales marketing and other departments to drive revenue growth and achieve business development targets.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Staying abreast of industry trends technological advancements and market changes to adapt strategies and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.

Overall the mission of a business developer is to drive the longterm success and expansion of the company by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that align with its strategic objectives.


Required Profile

Level of education : Technical Degree.

Languages

  • Swedish: Native
  • English : High

Previous Experience :3 5 years

Skills
