What you'll do 🚀

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our product.
• Collaborate with the Customer Happiness Team and work in shifts.
• Responsively handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Aim to enhance customer satisfaction and overall happiness with the product.
• Participate in attending calls and engaging in online support chat sessions.
• Maintain meticulous records of all encountered cases.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Support in ensuring that bookings and reservations align with stadium schedules.
• Contribute to efforts in increasing customer retention rates through feedback calls and activities.
• Help improve the success rate of offline bookings.
• Provide assistance to the Customer Happiness Team Lead as needed.

• Current student or Bachelor's Degree holder in a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering professional customer service.
