Responsibilities

Your mission will be to help users get the most out of the software through support and content creation and to contribute to optimizing their learning curve.

Your tasks will include:

  • Understanding user issues and providing technical solutions within the software to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Designing and updating training content to ensure the success of our clients.
  • Ensuring user feedback is communicated to the product department continuously.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers.

    Profile

      • You are seeking a fulltime position
      • You are based in the Southwest of the United States (Arizona New Mexico ...)
      • You like working from home
      • You want to work directly with clients without a sales aspect
      • You are known for your curiosity pedagogical skills and ease of interaction
      • You love working with your colleagues sharing practices and growing together
      • You are a native English speaker; itsa real plus if you are proficient in Spanish!
      • You are comfortable with IT tools

    What we offer

    • Range of Salary:$40000 $50000
    • Health insurance:80% or max $10000 paid by the company. If you optout the company will pay the $10000 gross into your salary.

    • 401K retirement:100% of up to 3% of your yearly salary/ 50% from 3% to 6% of your yearly salary.

      Recruitment Process

    HR Interview (30 min) With Amlie HR Manager to understand your expectations and answer your questions about the position and Cedreo.

    Screening Interview (30 min) A first 30minute meeting with Henry Head of Customer Experience andyour future manager.

    Topgrading Interview (45 min)
    A meeting with Henry Charlotte Head of Marketing and Marie VP of Operations.

    Cedreo Interview (45 min)
    A final interview to meet part of the Cedreo team including your colleagues from the US to understand the companys culture.
