Responsibilities
- Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationshipmanagement.
- Take ownership & accountability of the P&L and for the performance of the team along with the achievement of their targets.
- Developing and nurturing relationship with new and existing clients.
- Handling Direct Sales Channel Sales and Project sales activities to generate maximum business.
- Responsible for all kinds of customer queries and concerns to the complete satisfaction of customers.
- Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends developments market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
- Train and develop team for deepening the footprint. Maintain departmental KPIs / set up targets for sales team reporting to you.
- Do competition analysis of markets and devise appropriate strategy for the untapped & existing markets
- Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements key trends and market dynamics
- Strong participation in marketing activities and product marketing development.
- Responsible for timely submission of management reports.
