Job Description

Care Consultant (NonClinical). Caresolve

  • Location: Lancashire Cheshire Merseyside Staffordshire and Wales
  • £40000 DOE plus benefits
  • This role will require travel and overnight stays

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Applicants will be experienced and highly competent care professionals with demonstrative skills in successfully managing care homes.
  • Proven ability to provide a service which meets all CQC/CIW/Care Inspectorate regulatory requirements to a high standard.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills are essential as are an excellent knowledge of uptodate care legislation and a proven ability to adapt effectively to different challenges and situations as required.

Key Requirements:

You will be an experienced and highly competent care professional with demonstrative skills in successfully leading care homes be it at Registered or Deputy management level. A proven ability to provide a service which meets all CQC/CIW/Care Inspectorate regulatory requirements to a high standard is essential as are excellent mentoring and people management skills and an excellent knowledge of uptodate care legislation. A proven ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different challenges and situations is also an essential requirement of this role.
