Position: Civil Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Salary: Our pay range is $90K $120K Per year

About the job:

We are looking to add a Civil Construction Estimator/Project Manager to our team.

Responsibilities:

Estimating: Proactively seek bid opportunities and generate relationships to increase bidding opportunities. Prepare accurate and timely estimates and bids as requested. Assemble takeoff reports to ensure accurate cost estimating. Review all project bidding requirements which include prequalifications schedules prevailing wages specifications special materials or requirements bonding unit pricing standard materials and permit costs. Input accurate and complete bid information into HCSS Estimating software.

Project Management: Monitor project progress and job cost generate billings and workinprogress reports. Assemble project documents and keep updated with RFIs as well as price out cost impacts as related to project changes.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Civil Construction is required

• Knowledge of HCSS Bidding software is a plus

• We also use onscreen takeoff and Agtek for estimating purposes

• Valid drivers license

• 5 years of work experience in Civil Construction

• Accept a drug test
